Cancellation Notice

To cancel or reschedule a booking, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled service.

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

Same-Day Cancellations

Same-day cancellations (within 2 hours of the appointment) may be charged the full service fee.

No-Show Policy

If our team arrives and cannot access the property, the full service fee may apply.

Rescheduling

We are happy to reschedule your appointment at no charge when given adequate notice. Simply contact us and we will find a time that works for you.
